Workshops by Kate Golding

ABout the workshops

In 2020 and 2021, I spent large amounts of time home alone with my small child. During that time, I created art activities to entertain us. I have used my professional experience as an educator and my personal experience as a primary caregiver to create a series of workshops that celebrate intergenerational collaboration and kids as artists.

I have worked with organisations such as ArtPlay, Footscray Community Arts, Perth Centre for Photography, Ballarat International Foto Biennale, Abbotsford Convent, Gertrude Contemporary, Maroondah City Council and Banyule City Council.

My unique workshop offerings blend photography, craft and care. I have a series of workshops and lesson plans all ready to go or I can create custom workshops that suit your particular organisation and audience. I offer discounted rates to First Nations-run, and Palestinian-run organisations.

Reach out using the form below and let’s see what we can create together!
